With help from of friends at Roy Farms, Uinta’s Brew Team went for it - hauling freshly picked Strata hops directly from the fertile Yakima Valley to our Salt Lake City Brewhouse. But this isn’t just a story about going long when it counts. It’s about bringing the hop yard to your glass. The fresh aromas of strawberry, melon and passionfruit. The funky dankness of the leafy cones. The bright citrusy notes of ripe grapefruit.
